ayuda porfas CRITICAL ERROR al iniciar el juego

cuando quiero iniciar el game me salta el cartel de critical error con esto dentro..no se como solucionarlo :c
desde ya muchas gracias por la ayuda,tengo muchas ganas de jugar jaja >.<

OS: windows vista 6.1
CPU: aunthenthic.AMD Unknown processor @2496 MHz with 2047MB RAM

borre y re instale absolutamente todo y ahora tengo un critical error distinto XD T.T
